SCOTT ROBB

Founder and CEO

Scott is passionate about training and developing the next generation of public service leaders. With a 24 year background in nearly every facet of the fire service for the largest fire district in Arizona, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our programs. He also possesses an MBA from Southern Utah University with an emphasis in finance and marketing that brings much needed private industry efficiency and vision to public service training and consulting.

FRED PEARCE

Chief of Operations/Program Director

Fred is a seasoned Deputy Fire Chief (retired) with over two decades of experience in emergency operations and leadership. He also brings a wealth of business expertise as a former North American Van Lines owner. With degrees in Business Administration, Finance & Economics, Fire Science, and Paramedicine, Fred seamlessly blends operational strategy with financial insight, making him a versatile leader in both public safety and business sectors.
